Tower Garden is growing by helping teachers plant roots

Tower Garden is changing the way kids think about their food.
The Collierville-based company has sold its tower gardens to schools, homes, restaurants, community spaces and commercial farms worldwide since 2012.
But the company, which specializes in aeroponic gardening systems, is now investing more in the educational space.
