Owner files to evict disruptive Midtown tenant, records show

The owners of a Midtown home where a tenant has been accused of violating numerous city ordinances while disrupting the daily lives of his neighbors want him gone.
Revid Realty, which owns the property at 79 Clark Place, recently filed an eviction case in General Sessions Civil Court to eject Brian Okunbor, records show.
Several neighbors have accused Okunbor of using the property to do work on as many as 20 cars at a time, stacking them in the backyard, the driveway and the street in front of the house in violation of city code.
