An investor group has bought Germantown Square in Cordova and plans to backfill it with an Asian food concept, pickleball and more.
Operating as Asia Time Square LLC, the group bought the 142,626-square-foot shopping center at 1245 N. Germantown Parkway for $9.2 million from Nash Fields LLC this week.
