Belmont Grill building owner buys property next door

Belmont Grill’s new owner has bought the 4,320-square-foot building next door.
Jeff Dawson, operating as Nacks Properties LLC, bought the building at 4966 Poplar Ave. for $750,000, according to the Register of Deeds.
Built in 1930 on a 0.16-acre site, it currently houses Miestro, a home theater systems store.
