Inked: Bakery planned for historic church; ex-Commercial Appeal HQ may split

According to a conditional-use permit filed recently with the Board of Adjustment, the owners of the 10,000-square-foot building at 1663 Autumn Ave. want to build 10 apartment units within the building.
