First Horizon reports strong first quarter, optimistic amid ‘trouble in Middle East’

First Horizon Corp. officials reported continued growth in the first quarter, telling investors Wednesday, April 15, they remain optimistic amid global and macroeconomic uncertainties.

Bank officials reported earnings per share of $0.53, up from $0.52 in the last quarter of 2025. That’s up from $0.41 in the first quarter of 2025.
