St. Jude tops Gen-Z dream employer list

Generation Z is gravitating toward careers in health care at organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which tops their list of dream employers, beating out tech companies like Amazon, Apple and Google. 

That’s according to the results of the 2024 Career Interest Survey from the National Society of High School Scholars. 


First Horizon named among best employers for new grads


This year’s survey marks the 15th edition and the first update since 2022.

It reveals the preferences of high-achieving high school students, college students and recent college graduates from a broad range of geographic and ethnic backgrounds.
