Hilton Memphis listed for sale
The iconic 27-story Hilton Memphis hotel at Poplar Avenue and Interstate 240 was put up for sale.
The 405-room hotel sits on 8.27 acres and includes 30,000 square feet of meeting space and an 11,700-square-foot ballroom.
