Two years into the 100 N. Main project, developers press pause

The buck hoist connected to 100 N. Main is now gone, marking the completion of interior demolition and cleaning of the iconic 38-story tower.

The developers are ready to move into the planning and design phase for the future multi-use site, but work on the building has stopped and the schedule remains unclear.
