The Downtown Memphis Commission’s Design Review Board approved facade designs and renovation plans for Catherine and Mary’s and Soul & Spirits on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
The DRB must approve the plans because the restaurant and the brewery received $53,233 in incentives from the DMC’s Center City Development Corp. earlier this fall.
Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman opened Catherine and Mary’s at 272 S. Main St. in 2016 and renewed a 10-year lease in September.
