Brothers-in-law buy Renaissance Center office building for $33.5 million

Local investors have bought the 191,300-square-foot Renaissance Center office building in East Memphis for $33.5 million. 

Brothers-in-law Walker Huey and Brown Gill, vice president of development for Gill Properties, bought the nine-story office building at 1715 Aaron Brenner Drive with plans for improvements, investment and long-term ownership.

They called it “the best office building in Memphis.”
