Park Avenue and White Station Road to get new gas station
The Smart Mart at 5133 Park Ave. — across from a new Bojangles restaurant — will be torn down and replaced with a new The One convenience store.
The project cost is listed as $3 million, according to Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development permits filed by Mike Gardner with MG Construction Company LLC.
