Welcome to Inked, a column that notes some of the week’s commercial real estate transactions and updates in the greater Memphis area that may have gone unnoticed.

Historic Downtown building changes hands

A Downtown property with a lot of history has changed hands.

FPG Enterprise LLC has bought a stand-alone building at 238-242 Poplar Ave. for $550,000 from Kiana Levese LLC.

Built in 1915, the 0.4 acre property has a two-story, 9,239-square-foot building on it. The building has three bays: 238, 240 and 242 Poplar Ave., which are occupied by All-N-One Bail Bonds and a tax law firm.
