Montecito makes second local medical purchase
Montecito Medical Real Estate has bought a second local medical property.
The Nashville-based investment company, which focuses on buying and funding medical- and veterinary-office buildings, bought a 52,496-square-foot office building at 100 N. Humphreys Blvd. for $22 million.
