BT Prime Steakhouse in Nesbit closed its doors this week, but a new, unnamed management group plans to open it again in a few months.
“We’re probably the first restaurant in the world that was doing good but closed,” said Stafford Houston, who recently signed over ownership of the restaurant to two local chefs.
While he said he wasn’t able to announce the chefs’ names, he teased at their popularity.
