Who on the August ballot has already won?

Ten races on the August ballot were decided at the April 12 deadline for candidates to file their qualifying petitions.
In these 10 races, those who filed are unopposed.
Five of the unopposed are incumbent Tennessee legislators who have no opposition in their August primary, no one in the other party’s companion primary and no independent challenger.
Others include Arlington Mayor Mike Wissman.
