New MAS board members hope their experience can help animal shelter

While city officials continue to search for a new leader to run Memphis Animal Services, they have taken initial steps to reactivate a long-dormant MAS advisory board while also reopening the facility to the public after a distemper outbreak shuttered it for weeks.
