Here’s where the $550 million for FedExForum renovations is coming from

Planned FedExForum renovations could take place throughout seven to 12 years, according to documents obtained by The Daily Memphian and sources close to the deal. 

Draft funding documents and people familiar with the matter who spoke to The Daily Memphian make clear that Memphis and Shelby County governments have scoured their proverbial couch cushions for the $550 million.
