Demands for accountability and shouts of “Shame!” rang during the DeSoto County School Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 6, as members of the public directly confronted board member Michele Henley.
Public outrage has been stewing after Henley wrote a letter of support for former youth pastor Lindsey Whiteside, who was indicted on Oct. 22 on three felony counts, including transporting a minor across state lines for sex and coercion by means of interstate commerce.
