A Texas woman discovered with six adults with intellectual disabilities in a bus appeared in court Thursday, April 10, but more questions than answers surround the odd case.
One of the adults died, leaving Bernice Jarrett, 61, facing one count of aggravated neglect of a vulnerable person and five counts of neglect of a vulnerable person.
