Man paralyzed after being stabbed 17 times at 201 Poplar
An inmate was “assaulted” by another at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, inside the jail, also known as 201 Poplar, according to a statement from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. (The Daily Memphian file)
