State Supreme Court forms committee to review DA procedures

The Tennessee Supreme Court has established a committee to review allegations of misconduct by Shelby County District Attorney General Steve Mulroy, according to the politician who’s lodged those allegations against him.

State Sen. Brent Taylor, a Memphis-area Republican, has filed numerous ethics complaints against Mulroy, a Democrat, alleging misconduct by the DA since his 2022 election.
