Edmund Ford Jr. pleads guilty to tax evasion

Shelby County Commissioner Edmund Ford Jr. pleaded guilty Monday, Feb. 2, to five federal charges of tax evasion.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Parker did not sentence Ford on Monday. He will do so on June 12.
