Why a 3-star quarterback recruit became the first 2027 prospect to commit to Tigers

When Heard County (Georgia) High quarterback Ethan Tisdale visited the Memphis Tigers during spring practice, the three-star prospect quickly caught on to offensive coordinator Kevin Decker’s scheme.
“I loved the offense more than any of the other offenses I had (seen),” said Tisdale, who visited 10-to-12 schools. “I sat through a bunch of quarterback meetings, and Memphis, their offense really popped out to me.”
