A DeSoto County grand jury returned nearly 60 indictments this month against registered sex offenders charged with violating state filing requirements.
DeSoto County crime summit focuses on youths and gun violence
In total, Operation Creep Sweep resulted in 58 indictments.
“These sick individuals have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted to integrate freely into society,” said DeSoto District Attorney Matthew Barton.
