Intense, driven, gentle: It’s the Eduardo Murillo way
Eduardo Murillo is the corporate executive chef for Flight Restaurant Group. Murillo started selling tacos with his mother at age 6 and worked his way from dishwasher through the ranks without ever finishing junior high school. (Mark Weber/Daily Memphian)
The executive chef for Flight Restaurant Group never attended a day of culinary school, but trained kitchen staff for a national chain. He sold street tacos and now builds seafood towers. And every morning, he brews the coffee for his employees.
