State report: Collierville Schools disproportionately disciplined black students with disabilities

Collierville has appealed state’s findings

The state flagged Collierville for disproportionately disciplining students with disabilities based on race. Collierville has appealed the decision. The state will not take action until after the appeal is reviewed.
