Receiver Joseph Scates says Tigers have ‘something special’ coming
“I don’t want to hype their heads up, but we’ve got something brewing in our Memphis football program,” said Memphis Tigers receiver Joseph Scates (11), seen here in 2022. “It’s something special and it’s something that I want everybody to be a part of. And I want everybody to tune in.” (Patrick Lantrip/The Daily Memphian file)
It’s hard to gauge the level of production expected from this year’s Memphis football receivers, but senior Joseph Scates believes the Tigers are headed toward something worth talking about.
