Memphis area home sales were down this August
Shelby County had the highest total home sales, with 1,438 units, but a 16.3% decrease from last August with 1,719. (The Daily Memphian file)
August home sales in the Memphis area were down 18% compared to the same month a year ago, and year-to-date sales dropped 26%.
