Fancy’s Fish House closes to prepare for new concept

Fancy’s Fish House is temporarily closing its doors to devise a new concept and outlook for the seafood restaurant.
Carlisle Restaurant Group, the investor of Amelia Gene’s, has paused operations at the restaurant until a new outlook is decided and renovations completed.

“(Carlisle Restaurant Group has) made the decision to reimagine the space of Fancy’s Fish House to more appropriately respond to the desires of our neighbors and visitors,” said Chance Carlisle, CEO of Carlisle Corp.
The restaurant opened on April 8, 2022, at 1 Doctor M.L.K. Jr Ave., Suite #101. Its last day was Tuesday, Nov. 28, and it will not reopen until sometime in 2024.
