From MLK Prep to Trezevant and back again
Memphis-Shelby County Schools offered the families of MLK Prep students seven choices of where to attend while the new Frayser high school is being built. The top two were Craigmont High and Trezevant High, with the school system providing transportation. (The Daily Memphian file)
While the new Frayser high school is being built on the current site of MLK Prep, those students will have to attend another school. Then, once the new school is built, Trezevant High School will close.
