Data shows number of departures from DA’s office

More than 100 employees have left the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office since Steve Mulroy was elected in 2022, internal office data shows.

Most have resigned from their posts, but a handful have been terminated or transferred to other jobs.

The office saw the greatest number of departures in the four months after Mulroy’s election as DA.
