Asaderos Mexican Grill opening delayed

Asaderos Mexican Grill, a new restaurant in Germantown, may open in October after some delays.
Originally owner Abraham Valenzuela hoped to open by May in the former Mesquite Chop House southwest of Poplar Pike and Forest Hill-Irene Road.
In July, Valenzuela said the restaurant still had about two months to go before opening. On Tuesday, he said it would still be slightly longer.
