Bartlett’s landscape is changing as work at the $200 million Union Depot mixed-use project is moving ahead to close out the year.
Developer Keith Grant of Grant & Co. provided an update to community leaders Wednesday, Oct. 9, at a special event hosted by the Bank of Bartlett. His company is developing the 74-acre Union Depot at U.S. 70 and Stage Road, the former Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home property.
In recent weeks, the first four-story buildings — The Westerly at Union Depot — rose above the existing one-story commercial strips nearby. Overall, Union Depot will include more than 600 new homes.
