City Silo East Memphis offers menu sneak peek
City Silo Table + Pantry has made progress on its new East Memphis location in the former McAlister’s on Mendenhall, which is slated to open in late November.
The restaurant, 580 S. Mendenhall Road, will feature a revamped menu, said owners Rebekah and Scott Tashie.
The Tashies said they are keeping a large majority of the menu a secret until opening, but they gave a few sneak peeks.
Schuyler O’Brien, the director of food and beverage, detailed a new whipped feta and carrot dip paired with local gluten-free focaccia bread and pickled chow chow, finished with lemon ash.
