Discover Battery moves into 33,600 square feet space
Lithium and lead acid battery manufacturer Discovery Battery leased a 33,600-square-foot warehouse in Memphis Distribution Center Building C.
The space is at 4105 Hickory Hill Road.
Patrick Walton and Stephanie Allen with CBRE represented the landlord. Rives Moore and Jacque Beeson with CBRE represented the tenant.
Three buildings sold for $1.35 million
Three buildings on Austin Peay Highway totaling 16,710 square feet were sold for $1.35 million.
