Chamber Chairman’s Circle leader wants ‘unified voice’ for Memphis

By , Daily Memphian Published: March 02, 2025 4:00 AM CT

Newly appointed chairman of the Greater Memphis Chamber Chairman’s Circle Mike Keeney said he wants the business community to speak with a unified voice to move Memphis forward.

Keeney, a Memphis native and lawyer with Lewis Thomason, said the business community’s responsibility is to work together, work with the public sector and hold public officials accountable.

“There are so many elements of the city that really need to work in tandem as opposed to (being) against one another,” Keeney said. “If we could do that, that would really bring a lot of economic growth and benefit to the city.”
