Raising Cane’s to go in former Red Lobster
Raising Cane’s plans to open its third location in Memphis in the former Red Lobster restaurant at 7750 Winchester Road.
Raising Cane’s Restaurants filed a permit with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for the 2-acre property.
