Hormel Foods plans distribution center in Southaven, adds 120 jobs

Hormel Foods plans to open its largest distribution center this summer in Southaven with plans to add more than 120 jobs.
The company, with brands including Spam, Skippy, Applegate and Planters, will open a 280,000-square-foot facility at 8690 Tulane Road.
Hormel Foods’ logistics vendor partners invested more than $12 million in renovations to modernize the facility and meet the company’s standards.
