Western Kentucky transfer, Memphis native Julius Thedford commits to Tigers

Thedford, a 6-foot-4 combo guard, averaged 12.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game while shooting 36.6% from 3-point range for the Hilltoppers as a freshman this past season.
