Germantown wins appeal in a decades-long land use dispute

Germantown won an appeal against Trezevant Enterprise after Shelby County Chancery Court ruled against the suburb in a decades-long dispute regarding use of the land on the north side of Poplar Avenue.

The appeal over what development rights Trip Trezevant has was argued in November before the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Jackson. The final decision, in Germantown’s favor, was released this month.
