Some Bartlett residents are fuming about the plans for a new development near Stage and U.S. 70, opposing apartments looming over a daycare.
Developer Keith Grant, under his Blue Sky Communities banner, met with them Monday, May 19, for a special community meeting at the Bank of Bartlett headquarters at 6281 Stage Road.
Grant has 34 acres under contract near the U.S. 70-Stage crossroads. He wants to build a mixed-use project there, a continuation of his $200 million Union Depot project under construction across U.S. 70.
