Despite delays, $33M Greyhound redevelopment still going

Financing challenges have caused the developer of the $33 million Greyhound Bus Complex project to delay completion until at least the end of 2026.
November 6 Investments announced the delay and changes to the Uptown project at the Downtown Memphis Commission’s Center City Revenue Finance Corp. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, where it received a one-year extension on its property tax incentive closing date.
The project, announced in 2021, is the adaptive-reuse development of the nearly 90-year-old Dixie Greyhound Bus Lines complex at 525 N. Main St., the former Schlitz Brewery site and some new builds.
