Wing Guru closes final Memphis partner location

Friday, Aug. 15, was the last day of service for The Wing Guru’s Whitehaven location. 

But it was also a day of celebration. 

A steady line formed at the counter throughout the night, patrons filled the bar and the Elvis Presley Boulevard restaurant sold all its food. The day was so successful, in fact, that although the restaurant was supposed to be open the next day, too, there was no need. The staff had already been paid in full, including all wages and tips.
