Saturday was wrestling night at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. And the fans were treated to a squash match.

The scoreboard will tell you the Tigers pile-drove the Golden Hurricane before a mostly perky crowd of 27,303.

It’s the sixth straight victory to start the year for Ryan Silverfield’s crew and the 10th in a row dating back to last season. The degenerate gamblers out there will be glad to know it’s the sixth straight game Memphis has covered the point spread and for the 46th game in a row, the Tigers surpassed the 20-point mark — the longest such streak in the nation.
