Youth Villages is making its annual push — and calling for “holiday heroes” — to help ensure a special Christmas comes for all of its kids and young people across West Tennessee.

The nonprofit’s Holiday Heroes initiative has grown over the past 20-plus years to encompass more than 1,800 children and their siblings across all of Youth Villages programs.

The organization’s 5,000 employees, who specialize in finding behavioral and mental health solutions for children and their families, serve more than 47,000 children and young adults in more than 100 locations in 29 states and Washington.
