Former Evolve CEO faces decades in prison for allegedly soliciting sex

The criminal complaint against former Evolve Bank & Trust CEO Robert Hartheimer was unsealed Friday, Oct. 31, and it alleges he used dating app Grindr to solicit sex with a 15-year-old boy.
According to the complaint, there is probable cause for child sex trafficking and sending obscene materials to minors, offenses that could result in Hartheimer, 68, being sentenced to decades in prison if convicted.
