Harbor Town mainstay Paulette’s Restaurant has a new executive chef at the helm, and he’s resurrecting some of the restaurant’s signature dishes.
Chef Guy (pronounced “ghee”) Sockrider is a certified executive chef with more than three decades of culinary experience in kitchens ranging from New Orleans to California.
