From New Canada Road to The Lake District, 2026 set to be a big build year for Lakeland and Bartlett

Some suburban elected officials — including several in the last year of their current terms — expect 2026 to be big for the municipalities they represent.
As is the case annually, the first of the year means a look at a city’s goals for the future — what projects should move forward, what roads will start cutting their paths. In some cases, the year could bring resurrection on delayed projects.
