A Midtown ice cream shop serves more than just sweets

For Rebecca Schneider, ice cream isn’t just a sweet treat; it’s a reminder of the memories and traditions she shared with her parents, who met at an ice cream store in Middle Tennessee.
Schneider, whose parents died when she was in her late 20s, said when she had the opportunity to have an ice cream store, it felt like “angels were bringing this into fruition.”
